Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect product supply, subject to inspection and approval by the company.
Return Request Timeline
Any return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of receiving the goods. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
Condition of Products
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and documents intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, special-order items, and products damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
Transit Damage
In case of transit damage, the issue must be reported immediately to the transporter at the time of delivery and informed to us with supporting photos/videos.
Return Approval
All returns require prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of returned goods. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable, the company may offer replacement instead of refund.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to company error or manufacturing defect.
Cancellation & Refund
Order cancellations after dispatch are not eligible for refund. Cancellations before dispatch may be subject to deduction of processing or administrative charges.
Final Decision
The company’s decision regarding returns and refunds shall be final and binding.
