Prices
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, transportation, and installation unless otherwise specified.

Orders & Confirmation
Orders will be processed only after written confirmation and advance payment (if applicable). Any changes or cancellations must be communicated immediately and are subject to approval.

Payment Terms
Payment terms will be as agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delayed payments may attract interest or result in order cancellation.

Delivery
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances. The company is not liable for delays beyond its control.

Transportation & Risk
Goods are dispatched at buyer’s risk. Any damage or loss during transit must be reported to the transporter immediately.

Warranty
Products are covered under warranty as per company policy. Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects and does not cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.

Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements will be accepted only with prior approval. Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.

Installation
Installation, if not specified, is not included in the product cost. The company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation.

Product Specifications
Product specifications, designs, and dimensions are subject to change without notice due to continuous improvement.

Force Majeure
The company shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
